What a beautiful day it was yesterday. We were lucky enough to cook and eat on the terrace. Knowing how filling Christmas dinners can be I made us a light starter - a spiced prawn salad. I marinated the prawns in yoghurt, rice flour, garlic ginger paste, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and pepper. A quick fry then served with some mixed lettuce, red onion slices, a wedge of lime, a dollop of mango chutney and some mini poppadoms for crunch. Merry Christmas!
