About the event

At this time of year we would normally be holding our group BBQs at the lakes and beaches, but this year its back yard BBQs all round. Most of you will know our menu, here it is

Main - choose from 

  • half a rack of ribs, rubbed with our Fiery pork rub and slow smoked over hickory, served with sweet and spicy BBQ sauce
  • 4 pieces of chicken (thighs and drummers) rubbed with our APB rub which contains fennel and coriander seeds, fininshed with an apricot and green chilli glaze
  • pulled jackfruit, slow smoked just like pulled pork served with a tangy BBQ sauce and a Brioche bun

Included Sides

  • Jalapeno Poppers - bacon wrapped jalapeno chillies, stuffed with cheese and smoked (no bacon for the veggies)
  • BBQ beans 
  • Potato salad

We will deliver the food cold for you to reheat at home, free delivery at designated locations within a 20 minute radius of Mailhac, or you can collect from us with prior arrangement. We will be delivering in Bize Minervois, Quarante and Capestang Saturday afternoon. Sunday late morning/lunch time Olonzac, Pepieux, Azille. Other routes on request depending on numbers
