Small groups, hands on, perfect for beginners and competent cooks alike.

Held in Mailhac, located midway between Beziers and Carcassonne

I cater for private groups, or browse the dates below and join in with others

 

Learn how to make naans and chapatis, grind spices, make a curry paste,

cook fluffy rice, make finger licking street food dishes or a traditional curry. 

some of the dishes we cook: 

veggie samosa, onion bhaji, aloo gobi, jalfrezi, biryani, tadka dal, chicken curry

in the summer we cook on the BBQ, dishes such as chicken tikka, lamb seekh kebabs, plancha potatoes

vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free classes on request
