BBQ takeout weekend. 

Chicken and Ribs, potato salad and BBQ beans

Each portion consists of 

• 2 chicken thighs rubbed with our APB spice blend and finished with a sweet apricot and chilli glaze
• 2 or 3 meaty pork ribs, approx 250g, country style (not trimmed) rubbed with our usual Fiery Pork rub, smoked for 2 hours then finished low and slow
•  potato salad
• BBQ beans

extra - we have vac packed portions of pulled pork in the freezer, cooked in the usual way - smoked over hickory low and slow until melt in the mouth tender. 250g portion enough for 2 large pulled pork sandwiches or 3 regular sized. €6
