About the event
this class is all about the basics - making an Indian meal for 4 from scratch. We will be grinding spices, kneading dough, cooking an authentic curry sauce, plus learning tips and tricks along the way. After 3 hours of cooking sit down and enjoy what you have cooked with a glass of wine or beer
