About the event
If you have mastered a few curries but would like to learn how to cook a selection of starters and breads this class is for you!
We cook light cripsy onion bhajis and potato and pea samosas, along with a coriander or tamarind chutney.
We also make naan, stuffed chapatti and parathas
This class is very hands on, everyone participates, making pastry, dough, fillings and cooking. Maximum 4 people.
