About the event
In this class we explore Korean ingredients such as Gochujang, Gochugaru, Doenjang and Ssamjang.
We cook a pork and chicken dish, Korean fried rice, and make a spice blend, a Korean BBQ sauce, a quick kimchi and a cucumber salad.
