Mexican food is party food! We start by making a fresh salsa and the all important guacamole. We cook refried beans, then use these ingredients to make tasty tostadas to snack on. We make authentic tacos with various fillings. Depending on what we cook we will use Mexican ingredients such as achiote, dried chillies, Mexican oregano. We can cook Mexican rice and if you are interested in making corn tortillas, no problem!
