Succulent tasty chicken pieces. Best cooked on the BBQ but you can cook them in the oven, finishing under a hot grill to char them. Our process involves 2 marinades, a quick one in spices and lemon juice, then a longer marinade in a yoghurt mix, giving a really tender Tandoori

serves 4, you will need

1kg chicken pieces (I like to use a mix of thighs and drumsticks, skin off), 1 lemon or lime, 4 garlic cloves, 20g piece ginger, 1 small pot natural yoghurt
