Loving spicy Jerk at the moment, cooked on the BBQ. Make a marinade by mixing 2tbsp of our Jamaican Jerk seasoning with 2tbsp soy sauce and 2tbsp vinegar. Add some fresh red chilli for extra heat and grill. Finish with fresh lime wedges for squeezing and sliced spring onions. Here we served it with potatoes and a chunky salad.
