This is a simple but really fresh and fragrant coleslaw. Finely slice some white cabbage, carrots, courgettes, spring onions and a green chilli. Mix well with some freshly squeezed lime juice.
Grate some fresh ginger, mix with a few drops of sesame oil and stir through the slaw. Season to taste. Finish with fresh coriander. If you like it.
To make a delicious healthy salad bowl rub a chicken breast with our Chinese Rub and cook, slice and toss through the slaw.
