I had some leftover chickpea curry from my Chickpea curry spice kit which I turned into a wonderful soup
by simply adding stock then giving a quick blitz. I added more chilli, garam masala and seasoning then some coconut milk. Would it be wrong of me to say it tasted better than the curry itself?? Veggie, vegan, dairy free, blimey even gluten free. This one's a keeper! 2 meals from one Check out our Indian shop, the same can be done with our Chana Dal kit
