Flavoured salt

Have you ever made your own flavoured salt? It is really easy and once you start you will discover many tasty combinations. This one is salt (the big flakes), peppercorns, dried chillies and coriander seed. It tastes amazing, especially on these crisps we made from purple potatoes.
