Give your roasties a lift with the simple addition of spices. Par boil your potatoes, drain. Heat a few tablespoons of veg oil in a wok or non stick pan then sizzle a spoonful of panch puran, the Indian 5 Spice. Next add some turmeric, chilli flakes, garam masala and stir before tipping the potatoes in. Stir to coat then cook in a hot oven as you would regular roast potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh coriander.
