Jalapeno Lime Butter 

So simple but invaluable in the freezer.

Soften a block of butter. Mash with 1 finely chopped jalapeno, the zest of 2 limes and the juice of 1. Form into a sausage shape, use cling film to help. Wrap tightly and freeze.

Slice off a piece whenever you crave this zesty butter on your steak, corn on the cob, tossed through veggies, in a baked potato, with pasta.....
